Your orders will be processed within “1-5” business days and your shipping tracking number will be sent to you by sms .
Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends.)

Exchange / Return Procedure
Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except for problems caused by the seller/the product.
You can send the product or products you want to change/return to us free of charge by sending an e-mail to info@kaioriginals.com including the complaint, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, within the framework of the exchange/return conditions below. In order for the products to be exchanged or returned, the following exchange and/or return conditions must be complied with.
You can send the product as complete, unused and undamaged packaging to the Kai Kreatif return address via the receiver paid service.
Exchange / Return Policy
I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can change your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. The change is made only in the same model product/size/number change. You can send your product back free of charge. You should specify the product you want to change to the jersey and which size/number you want instead. When your request reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and if the product you want to change is available in stock, the product is delivered to the cargo company within 1-5 working days. If the product is not in stock, you will be refunded. You must send the product you request to be exchanged with its original invoice and by sending an e-mail to info@kaioriginals.com including the complaint, stating in writing that it is “Exchange Request” and sending the product to the Kai Kreatif return address in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. You can send your product back free of charge. When your product reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and an information e-mail is sent to you when your return is accepted. You should send the product you want to return to Kai Kreatif return address with its original invoice, in complete, unused and undamaged packaging. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, issued as “Product Unit Price + VAT”. Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

In how many days do I have to exchange or return the product I purchased?
You can return or change your product within 30 days from the time you receive it by following the above return/exchange procedure.
